Spaces are designed for TENTS. However, Vendors with facilities larger than 12X12 lot will have to purchase an additional lot per each multiple 12X12 space. Example: Food Vendor 12X14 = $350 12X24 =$350 12X36=525 . Select multiple at checkout. Please read "About the event" for further info.

Load-Ins and Load-Outs


Vendor vehicles/equipment must adhere to size restrictions. Please note that if you arrive with a vehicle/equipment that is larger than the total linear footage that you select in your application (and larger than what you paid for), the Committee reserves the right to refuse your participation in the Festival and no refunds will be given. So, please be 100% accurate when providing the dimensions needed for your Vendor lot.


Load-In for the Festival will be Saturday, October 26th from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. No entry will be allowed after 10:00 am. Early Load-in will be allowed Friday for an additional $25 fee. Early Load-In will need to be arranged with the Committee. Please contact Pat Morgan @ 706.998.1052. The Festival will send an email or text to advise of your Reserved Vendor Lots.
